Inline Amplifiers
Honeywell offers several types of in-line amplifiers for use with strain gage sensors or piezo-electric accelerometers. These universal bridge based amplifiers supply a highly regulated bridge excitation voltage for the transducer and converts the millivolt signal of the transducer to a ±5, ±10 or 4mA to 20 mA two or three-wire current output signal.
In-line amplifiers with DIN-rail mount enclosures and front accessible electrical connections and adjustments are also available.
If you need special modifications or a complete custom design to meet your unique requirements, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Features
- Strain gage sensor amplifiers
- Charge amplifiers for piezo-electric accelerometers

Honeywell’s universal in line amplifiers supply a highly regulated bridge excitation voltage for the transducer and convert the millivolt signal of the transducer to either a 0 to 0 to ±5 V, 0 to ±10 V, or 4 mA to 20 mA two or three-wire output.
The universal series in-line amplifier features two selectable excitation voltages, programmable gain settings, a wide adjustment range on the zero, and a buffered solid-state shunt cal relay for quick calibration.
Honeywell also offers charge amplifiers for charge-mode piezo-electronic transducers to require charge amplifiers to convert their output to useful levels.

You must use quotation marks when searching order codes. Start with the base order code and range & then add option codes to further reduce the search.
For example: “AL111” will yield the most results. “AL111BN,1A,2U” will start to narrow the search
-
Use the * symbol at the end of a word, part number, partial part number or model number. This will create a wildcard search.
For example: Entering 366* will bring up Model 366 and Model 3663 as well as specific part numbers which contain 366 within the part number.
-
Enter AND (no quote marks) between search terms. This will locate the exact phrase which contains all of the words referenced.
For example: Entering Subminiature AND Load will bring up all products which have BOTH words in the product description.
-
Enter “OR” (with quote marks) between search terms to find products with either word in the description.
For Example: Entering Miniature “OR” Subminiature will bring up all products which have EITHER word in the product spelling
-
When searching by product family or category, try navigating through the product menu via the navigation button on the top left of the website. Or use the Find-A-Solution button from the home page.
