How do I send my Honeywell sensor in for repair, warranty or calibration service?

Generate a Return Material Authorization request online.  Once you have completed the online form, an RMA number will be generated and you will receive an email confirmation, including a shipping label.

Standard turn-around times are:

  • Calibration: Five days
  • Minor Repair: Five days following customer approval
  • Major Repair: dependent on the nature of the repair
